Screenings are a useful by-product of the crushing process of different recycled concrete types - most often sourced from concrete floor slabs, footings and road & pavement slabs. Commonly a white-yellow color, it can also be gray or brown.

Applications:
Its particle sizes and it ability to compact make it useful as a leveling agent and base material for a variety of projects to be applied under things like pavers or concrete, as well as for a finishing layer to go over the top of pavers, flagstone, walkways, parking areas or retaining walls. Very useful for "bedding" piping infrastructures.

Sand is a coarse sand that can contain small rocks, and is useful for its excellent drainage & it's compaction properties.
